Radiologic Technologist

Job Summary: Under the general guidance of the radiologists and Radiology Director, provides quality diagnostic imaging services with a patient focused approach. The technologist will demonstrate knowledge in the current concepts of his/her field(s) performing at a level of competence that allows independent thought and action. Applies critical thinking to managing patients, assuring appropriate care based on patient needs using age specific assessment, communications, and knowledge of physical and mental capabilities.

Additional Information Type of equipment. MRM Radiology Computer Terminals, Hewlett Packard Laser Printers, Client PRO 16 slice CT Scanner, (2) Client VCT 64 slice CT Scanner, and Client CTI CT Scanner.,McKesson PACS Hardware, and Client Independent Workstation. Licensure and Certification requirements. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R). Must maintain Delaware State Certification to practice Radiologic Technology in the state of Delaware. BLS
