Senior Director of Business Development

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Of Business Development to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Real Estate & Construction environment. Location: Houston, TX – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $350,000 annually Responsibilities Execute the company’s growth strategy for Power, Data Center, and AI Infrastructure Identify and analyze emerging trends and infrastructure requirements in data center development Build relationships with key industry stakeholders to drive account strategies Engage customers on infrastructure needs supporting AI and hyperscale campuses Coordinate with internal teams to devise winning project strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or related field 15+ years of experience in energy and infrastructure, including 10+ years in business development Proven relationship‑building skills with executive‑level customers Strong grasp of capital project development and execution processes Experience in markets such as data centers and power generation Benefits 401K plan with company match Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible spending accounts and disability insurance Paid time off with a flexible work schedule Career advancement opportunities through training and development Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
