Schedule: Full-Time (Day 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.) Pay: From $45.00 to $50 per hour Job Duties Responsible for medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents. Documents nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other Health Team members. Provides direct oversight for Care Partners, ensuring quality of care. Develops short and long-term goals and Care Plans for residents.
