Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for students, identifying mental health issues and developing tailored treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

  • Utilize solution-focused therapy practices to address a range of mental health challenges faced by students, adapting strategies as necessary to meet individual needs.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring that records are up-to-date and reflective of each patient’s progress.

  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, school counselors, and administrative staff to coordinate care for students, enhancing their support system through multidisciplinary teamwork.

  • Provide educational workshops and resources for students, families, and staff, ensuring mental health knowledge is spread throughout the school community.

  • Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve treatment methodologies and share insights with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly serve a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and learning disabilities. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • \n
  • Possession of a valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.

  • A minimum of three years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, particularly with school-aged populations.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy and evidence-based practices.
