We are seeking a dynamic and skilled full-time Structure Assembler to join our clients team. As a Structure Assembler, you will play a crucial role in framing, insulating, and assembling small structures designed to house electrical units. If you are passionate about craftsmanship and possess a strong work ethic, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Position Details:

Job Title: Structure Assembler

Employment Type: Full-time, with the possibility of a temp-to-hire opportunity
Working Hours: Day shift, Monday to Thursday, with occasional Fridays for overtime. Occasional overtime is mandatory to meet project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Skillfully assemble and construct small structures to house electrical units, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.
Collaborate with a team of talented individuals to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Utilize pneumatic tools and other equipment with proficiency, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Read and comprehend detailed written instructions to execute assembly tasks accurately.
Employ basic math skills and ruler reading to measure and align components effectively.
Conduct a short fraction and ruler reading evaluation to demonstrate competency prior to the job offer.
Possess or develop a keen eye for detail to meet strict quality assurance standards.
Demonstrate flexibility and dedication to work occasional overtime when required.

Requirements:

A proven track record in general labor, carpentry, or industrial experience is essential.
Proficiency in working with pneumatic tools and other relevant equipment.
Demonstrated ability to follow written instructions and adhere to specific project guidelines.
Basic math skills and the ability to read rulers accurately.
Painting experience is advantageous, but not a mandatory requirement.
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues
