Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals of each patient.

Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions that focus on enhancing communication, language skills, fluency, voice, and swallowing abilities.

Work in tandem with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to establish integrated care strategies.

Provide education and resources to patients and families to empower progress beyond therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout the therapeutic process.

Keep meticulous and timely documentation that adheres to all relevant state, federal, and organizational requirements.

Embrace ongoing education and peer networking to stay informed about developments within the field.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are not yet ASHA-certified.

A valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of commencing employment.

Expertise in employing evidence-based treatment modalities for all age groups, with a nuanced understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
