New England Life Care currently has openings for full-time Senior Intake Coordinators. These are hourly, non-exempt roles with normal Monday – Friday schedules from 8am - 5pm. Once fully trained, there is a requirement to participate in the with weekend rotation, which is typically once every three to six weeks. Training is 100% on site. Work from home may be available after being fully trained. Summary: The position is responsible for comprehensive coordination of care for NELC patients receiving home infusion therapy. This position will have a tenured staff member designated as an official mentor/buddy during the 180-day probationary period. Candidates who meet defined goals, objectives and accomplishments can generally expect to be promoted in 2 years to: Senior Intake Coordinator – Candidates who meet defined goals, objectives, and accomplishments and who demonstrate engagement and ownership of departmental and organization activities would generally expect to be promoted in 2-5 years to: CCRC Intake Specialist – Candidates who are part of the CCRC/Intake team and who have responsibility for advanced departmental, company and member hospital engagement. Candidates who meet defined goals, objectives and accomplishments can generally expect to be promoted in 2 years to: Intake & Liaison Referral Specialist – Candidates who are part of a senior level CCRC/Intake level and who have responsibility for multiple member hospital coverage/engagement, with the ability help develop Intake staff to move into Lead or CCRC roles.
