About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead the organization in line with its vision of being the preferred ice cream supplier. The successful candidate will be tasked with building on the company's rich heritage, setting a clear strategic direction, and driving growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies. Key responsibilities include strengthening the market position, ensuring effective resource management, cost control, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role also involves representing the company in external forums and fostering strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar leadership role, with a focus on sales and marketing, and a deep understanding of the retail market, particularly in the grocery and out-of-home channels.
