Perform in-depth analysis of architectural plans, construction documents, and blueprints.
Prepare detailed cost segregation reports, including asset classification and tax documentation.

Stay updated with current IRS guidelines and tax laws related to cost segregation.
Provide guidance and answer technical questions for both internal teams and clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in cost segregation, construction, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of building systems, construction processes, and IRS regulations pertaining to cost segregation.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
