Loss Prevention Department – Hobby Lobby Do you have experience in retail loss prevention and want to work for a company that still believes in apprehending and prosecuting criminals? As a Loss Prevention Agent, you will be a full‑time employee focusing on undercover, plain‑clothes surveillance to prevent shoplifting. This position has no safety, door greeting, alarms, audits or inventory responsibilities. Why Apply? Primary focus is undercover floor walking. Apprehend shoplifters. Review BOLOs. Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgement. Build relationships with store management and local law enforcement. Work independently and as part of a team. Requirements At least one year of undercover, floor‑walking loss prevention experience. Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area. Strong communication skills. Motor vehicle record check. Background check. Ability to spend up to 100% of working hours standing/walking.
