Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service support through internal and external communication.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency, comprising approximately 80% of daily tasks.
• Support shipping and receiving processes within the warehouse environment.
• Spend about 20% of the workday on feet, walking, and assisting with logistics coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and regularly update relevant databases.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work onsite in Olathe, KS.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with SAP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• Related post-secondary education or prior logistics experience is advantageous.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• This position is a Temp-to-Perm role, starting August 10, 2026, for a duration of six months with the possibility of permanent employment.
• No travel required.
• Position requires Low-Risk / Non-Sensitive clearance.
