As an LPN on our psych units, you deliver hands‐on care that helps patients feel seen, safe, and supported —bringing steady energy and teamwork to our busiest hours.**How You Will Make a Difference*** • Perform focused assessments; report changes promptly to the RN/Provider.* • Administer medications (including long‐acting injectables); perform wound care and routine treatments.* • Support crisis intervention with therapeutic communication, grounding techniques, and milieu management.* • Assist with admissions, belongings searches, vitals, labs, and discharge readiness.* • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and reinforce patient/family education.* • Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.* • Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.**What We’re Looking For*** • Current LPN license; psychiatric experience preferred.* • BLS certification; CPI/PMAB or equivalent de‐escalation training (or obtained after hire).* • Team‐first mindset and reliability across 12‐hour shifts.**New Grads Welcome**## **Why You’ll Love It Here (Full‐Time Benefits)**• Multiple medical plan options, Vista Wellness (physician/pharmacy), Dental, Vision• Generous PTO and paid holidays• 401(k) with company contribution; Life and disability coverage• Tuition reimbursement up to $15,000 and student loan forgiveness programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
