Field Reimbursement Manager I & I Cincinnati

Pfizer seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for its North America division to serve healthcare providers and office staff across Ohio and Kentucky territories. The role involves educating providers on payer policies, coverage updates, and patient access programs while coordinating with internal support systems to resolve reimbursement barriers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls and virtual education sessions with healthcare providers on payer coverage, formulary changes, and prior authorization policies
• Distribute and explain Pfizer-approved reimbursement materials, patient assistance programs, and billing reference guides
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient access programs to address individual patient coverage and enrollment questions
• Serve as regional subject matter expert on reimbursement issues and provide market insights to internal leadership
• Travel approximately 50% for in-person customer interactions within assigned territory

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or coding and reimbursement
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
• Strong understanding of specialty drug reimbursement, government payment systems, and co-pay assistance programs
• Demonstrated exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills
• Valid US driver's license compliant with company standards
• Ability to work in highly regulated environment and maintain strict compliance standards
• Coding and reimbursement certification preferred but not required

Compensation: $139,100–$231,900 base salary plus 17.5% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
