This position will take ownership of plant‑level financials and partner closely with operations to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and build structure in a lean environment. Responsibilities Own plant financials including reporting, general ledger, and internal controls Lead cost accounting and inventory management, including variance analysis Partner with operations to monitor performance and identify cost drivers Drive process improvements across financial reporting, inventory, and systems Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development Enhance NetSuite usage and reporting capabilities Ideal Profile 10–15 years of progressive experience as a Controller Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required Demonstrated, measurable impact on company financial performance and operational improvements Experience working within small to mid‑sized businesses Career history demonstrating exposure to multiple organizations while maintaining consistent tenure and steady professional progression.
