Occupational Therapy - OT SNFThis position is for an Occupational Therapist (OT) working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 35 guaranteed hours per week for a 92-week contract. This is an urgent start role at Larkin Chase Center, where the OT provides rehabilitation services to patients with physical, cognitive, or functional limitations. The role may require floating within the facility to support patient care needs.The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy interventions such as ADL training, therapeutic exercises, mobility and coordination activities, and adaptive equipment instruction. The OT will monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, document therapy sessions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while floating as required to meet facility needs.
