Providence Medical Group (PMG) Dermatology is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Dermatologist to join our established, physicianled dermatology group in the Portland, Oregon metro area. This position is based at PMG Reed's Crossing Dermatology, located in Hillsboro-approximately 10 miles west of downtown Portland-and offers an outstanding opportunity to build a thriving practice with strong institutional support.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible FTE options: 0.75 FTE (3 days per week) or 1.0 FTE (4 days per week)
  
• 8.5 hours per day of patient care
  
• Physiciandesigned schedule templates with meaningful autonomy
  
• 15minute visits for routine office appointments
  
• 30-45-60-minute procedure slots, based on physician preference
  
• Option to perform cosmetic dermatology
  
• Option to read some or all of your own dermatopathology
  
• Onsite Narrowband UVB phototherapy and photodynamic therapy

Compensation & Incentives:

• Guaranteed base salary of $450,000 annually (pro-rated for 0.75 FTE), plus a highly competitive production bonus paid biweekly and calculated on a rolling four-month wRVU average. At 1.0 FTE, the schedule includes 30 hours per week of patient contact time. Physicians benefit from exceptional earning potential, with many increasing total compensation by 75%+ after ramp-up and top performers exceeding $850K.
