Lead with Purpose, Practice with Excellence SummaryCentraCare is seeking a visionary and collaborative Digestive Center Medical Director to lead our General Gastroenterology team in advancing high-quality, patient-centered care across Central Minnesota. What You’ll Do:In this role, you will co-lead the General Gastroenterology specialty in partnership with the Digestive Center Director, providing clinical leadership while the Director focuses on operational strategy. You will drive strategic planning, recruitment, and outreach efforts; champion quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives; and supervise and mentor physicians and advanced practice providers. The role includes oversight of general endoscopic procedures and quality metrics, including colon cancer screening and interventional techniques, as well as close collaboration across specialties to optimize care delivery. Pay and BenefitsSalary range: $620,000 - $700,000 per yearPay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equitySalary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rateMay be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.
