Senior Actuarial Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting business decision-making, the full-time Senior Actuarial Analyst will assist in financial analysis, pricing, and risk assessment while working remotely from anywhere within the Continental United States. Key responsibilities Connect and analyze various healthcare data sources to identify and quantify savings opportunities Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to project leadership and stakeholders Build actuarial models with clear assumptions and prepare key input data from large relational datasets Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of combined actuarial experience and passed actuarial exams (Rule of 5) Experience in healthcare analytics, cost trend analysis, and medical claims analysis Proficiency in mathematics, probability, and statistics as applied to financial outcomes Ability to navigate and consolidate large datasets with varying levels of data granularity
