Job Description
AdventHealth Medical Group East Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a subspecialty focus on Hand, Wrist, and Elbow Surgery to join our established and growing orthopedic team. This position is based in beautiful New Smyrna Beach and offers the opportunity to work within a robust and highly connected network of orthopedic subspecialists across multiple campuses in Volusia, Flagler/St. Johns, Lake, and Sumter counties.

Practice Highlights
• Subspecialty focus on Hand, Wrist, and Elbow
• Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team with access to:
o Physical and occupational therapy

o Surgical support groups
• Work in a collegial and supportive environment with APP support, MAKO robotics, and on-site X-ray and ultrasound
• EPIC EMR system in place across the network

Candidate Requirements
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery (ABMS or AOA)
• Fellowship training in Hand Surgery required
• Eligible for a Florida medical license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for clinical excellence and building a high-volume practice
