In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling high-quality sandwiches while ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by helping to craft new recipes and sandwich concepts. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble gourmet sandwiches according to Baggin's specifications and customer preferences within one minute. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used before expiration. Understand and know what is being promoted within the company. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and alerting management of low inventory. Maintain a positive attitude under the pressure of mounting orders. Move quickly under time constraints. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Be aware of the development of new sandwich recipes and specials. Follow all company policies and procedures to provide a safe and positive work environment. **Qualifications: Previous experience in food preparation or the food service industry preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards. Must have good memorization and retention skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices.
