Operating within a community-focused 5-bed Level II Special Care Nursery at Providence Saint Joseph Hospital, this position offers a structured 3x12 overnight schedule (18:00 PM - 06:00 AM / 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM). Care focused on infants 32 weeks gestation and older, high-risk delivery attendance, neonatal stabilization for transfer, "Eat, Sleep, Console" protocols, and breastfeeding/gavage feeds.\n Procedures & Equipment: Management of CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), UAC/UVC lines, and conventional mechanical ventilation as necessary.\n Floating Requirements: Floating to Postpartum (couplet care) required based on patient census.\n EMR System: Epic EMR experience preferred.\n \n REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION\n \n Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical Level II or Level III NICU experience is required.
