Human Resources (HR) Rep IV (Contractor)

This Long-term Contract position focuses on resolving complex HR, payroll, tax, and employee relations matters while helping strengthen service delivery across the HR support function. The role also contributes to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional coordination to enhance the overall employee experience.Responsibilities:• Address complex and escalated HR questions from employees and managers, applying company policies, guidelines, and service standards to reach effective resolutions.• Manage sensitive payroll, tax, and employee relations issues that require deeper analysis and independent judgment.• Respond to higher-level cases referred by HR Advisors and ensure timely follow-up in alignment with established service expectations.• Examine non-routine HR concerns that fall outside standard training scenarios and resolve them directly with stakeholders.• Collaborate with shared services teams, HR partners, and related departments to maintain consistent communication and alignment across support activities.• Contribute to the rollout of new HR service offerings by supporting project coordination and transition-related team activities.• Maintain and refine departmental knowledge resources and databases so the broader team can handle a greater share of incoming inquiries effectively.• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows, recommend practical improvements, and support changes that improve quality and resource utilization.• Provide guidance and day-to-day assistance to entry-level representatives and newly onboarded team members as needed.• Support variable scheduling requirements, including evenings, weekends, and overtime, while maintaining dependable attendance and punctuality.
