Sales Administrator As a Sales Administrator, you'll work closely with the bustling Sales Team to receive, organize, and accurately process deals in a fast-paced environment. You'll work thoroughly and become familiar with established processes for proven success. This role is best suited for someone who appreciates consistently achieving turn-around goals with efficiency. Ability to effectively communicate with the team on others within the organizationAppreciates the flexibility of Retail HoursJob Details and DutiesSchedule:40 hoursEvery other Saturday with mid-weekday swapRetail HoursEnsure All Deals Are Legally CompliantType deals for delivery with speed and accuracyConclude delivery process, report the delivery, apply for incentives and create purchase ordersProcess deals, confirm all documents are correct, then deliver to accounting within 24 hoursAdministrative ResponsibilitiesAssist in resolving funding issuesTracking of in-transit sales contracts, rebates, service contracts, payables and plate feesProcess cancellation paperwork for service and protections contractsFollow up on bank and customer titlesDaily filingWhat are the job qualifications and opportunities?EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCENo experience necessary. Ability to maintain strong trusting relationships with technicians and customers.You will receive additional training and coaching by Serra employees.Effective communication skillsComputer skills are a plus. Attention to detail is a plus.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust possess a Valid Driver's License which meets our company insurance standards.
