Job Details Click here to view our Benefits Snapshot Job Overview The Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring project goals, schedules, and priorities are clearly communicated and met. They are accountable for overall project success and client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships. This role also involves collaborating across teams to drive strategic marketing initiatives, supporting Robinson’s mission and goals, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities—while upholding production timelines, quality, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Review scope, RFQs, and POs to understand customer expectations and support estimating. Own projects from PO receipt through invoicing, including planning, documentation, and profitability. Serve as the primary customer contact, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates. Lead project planning meetings and coordinate across departments to ensure alignment. Monitor quality and inspection standards per RMI and customer requirements. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Production to resolve issues. Conduct post‑job reviews and performance evaluations. Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and new business opportunities through product knowledge. Manage risks to minimize financial and production impacts. Track and report project progress using appropriate tools. Participate in regular team meetings to improve processes and drive business growth. Must be able to travel on short notice. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or design preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Experience: minimum of five years previous project management or shop floor supervision experience in metal manufacturing.
