Full Stack Engineer (.Net+React)

What you will be doing on a daily basis:

• Working as part of an agile team to deliver end to end solutions for our clients´ digital products.
• Collaborating and contributing to the delivery of high-quality bespoke software solutions
• Assisting in understanding and refining requirements with the client and the engineering team

Skills and requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a Software Developer role
• Demonstrable experience building line of business systems utilising .net/WebAPI, Entity Framework and SQL Server for backend and SPA front ends
• A willingness to understand the client’s business model and requirements
• Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify the root cause of technical issues and follow appropriate steps to resolve them
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Good organisational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with working in an international environment, using verbal English daily
• Comfort with being part of an agile team and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders
• The ability to communicate obstacles, needs, and expectations politely and constructively
• Proactiveness and a continuous improvement mindset
• Familiarity with a remote-first culture (though you’re welcome to come in to the office if you’d like!)
