Home Matters Caregiving wants to be the most valuable partner to our caregivers and clients in a competitive landscape.Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have at least 6 months of caregiving experience with the senior populationMust have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform dutiesResponsibilities:Execute client care plans and document daily activitiesAssist clients with activities of daily livingProvide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeepingProvide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, companionshipRequirements:Schedule: Consistent and flexible shiftsExperience: Six months of formal caregiving experience with the senior populationWorking Environment:Agency officeClient homesSkilled, Independent and Assisted Living CommunitiesJob Relationships:Supervisor: Executive AdministratorPhysical Requirements:Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movementsAble to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingersAble to talk, hear and seePhysically and mentally able to drive a vehicle
