Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Charge RN who possesses at least 1 year of full-time Charge RN experience. This role includes working as Charge RN every shift, with a focus on providing care to PCU level patients. The Charge RN will be responsible for managing a patient ratio of 1:6, ensuring high-quality care and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and patient care in the PCU setting.
• Ensure adherence to patient care standards and protocols.
• Coordinate communication between team members and departments.
• Provide support to nursing staff in managing complex patient care.
• Float as needed within the scope of practice.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Charge RN experience required.
• ACLS, BCLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with PCU-level patient care is essential.
• Florida RN license or compact RN license in hand.
