Parts Counterperson 

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive  Parts Counterperson to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist customers and technicians in identifying, locating, and ordering the correct parts and accessories, while ensuring excellent service and efficient department operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist retail and wholesale customers in selecting and purchasing parts.
• Support service technicians by providing accurate and timely parts for repairs.
• Look up parts availability, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges.
• Maintain parts inventory accuracy through proper stocking and organization.
• Develop strong product knowledge to answer questions and recommend solutions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, over the phone, and online.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous parts or automotive experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use parts lookup systems and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
