Recruiting Coordinator
The Recruiting Coordinator will proactively attract, engage and cultivate prospective employees by promoting the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities. This position will develop talent pipelines, strengthen GVM's employer brand, and build strategic partnerships that increase the quantity and quality of applicants, supporting GVM's current and future staffing needs.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective employees seeking information about career opportunities at GVM.
- Promote GVM's mission, culture, values, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective employees.
- Communicate the employee experience and career growth opportunities through presentations, events, and one-on-one interactions.
- Generate interest among passive and active job seekers through targeted outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop recruiting materials, promotional campaigns, and marketing efforts for the career center.
- Track and monitor outreach activities and candidate engagement for effectiveness.
- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, business development, public relations, or community outreach.

- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
- Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to effectively present career opportunities to a diverse audience.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working in a combination of office and community-based settings.
Additional Notes
Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Full-time work week is 40-45 hours. Evenings and weekends may be required.
