PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER

About the Role:

SUPERIOR is looking for an experienced and driven Plumbing Service Manager to lead our plumbing operations in Burleson, TX. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily plumbing service operations, scheduling, and dispatch to ensure efficient workflow
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of plumbing technicians to meet performance and quality standards
Conduct field inspections, quality control checks, and job site visits to ensure work meets code and company standards
Manage customer relationships, resolve service issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory, parts, and equipment availability
Review and approve estimates, work orders, and invoices for residential and commercial plumbing projects
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
Valid Texas Plumbing License (Master Plumber license preferred)
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
Proven ability to lead and motivate a field service team
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with service management software, scheduling tools, and work order systems
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
