WIS Retail Driver Associate – What You Will Do Safety First - Transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner while adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements; conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters. Follow a clear, consistent workflow — your playbook for success. Team Requirements Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is preferred. Make your experience count! There is training if you lack inventory experience. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Inventory Associate Driver Requirements Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months. A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards. Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations. Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and/or late nights. Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, frequent walking, repetitive hand/wrist motions, low level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), frequent use of a ladder, and lifting/carrying items up to 25 lbs. Occasional travel by car and occasional travel by plane, including overnight stays.
