Job Title: Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated laborer to assist with various tasks in our shop. This role involves loading parts in and out of a robot, using air impact tools, performing lifting activities throughout the day, and assembling axles, springs, and tires. This position is focused on labor tasks and does not involve operating machinery. However, successful performance may lead to a future opportunity as a machine operator.

Responsibilities

• Load parts in and out of robots.
• Utilize air impact tools.
• Lift and move materials such as axles, springs, and tires.
• Assist with assembly tasks.
• Maintain a proven attendance record.
• Demonstrate mechanical ability and willingness to learn.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WINDBER, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
