Your Role in Our Mission Support the process of the month-end close to ensure reporting is delivered by deadlines. This may include leading components or business unit. Supporting the EMEA region to ensure financial analysis, accounts are reconciled, accruals are appropriate and journal entries approved for all entities responsible for. Participate in development of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control over financial reporting Compile information for preparation of tax returns and audits Work with external auditors to provide requests and ensure understanding or risks tested to complete the audit efficiently Ensure local accounting and regulatory policies are followed included various reporting Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting within financial statements. Manage the preparation of workpapers supporting the statutory and consolidated annual audits for entities responsible. This will include financial statements, corporate tax returns and VAT returns with support from outsourced firms. Ensure internal controls are followed in accordance with policy What You’ll Bring Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS Large ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft AX is a plus Understanding of Accounting and Financial processes including risk and financial controls Management of staff – desirable, but not required Experience working with EMEA entities preferable ________________________________________ In addition to base pay, Permobil offers our full - time employees the following: Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits that begin on your first da y HSA contribution matching up to $1,600/year 401(k) Retirement – 100% employer match on the first 3%, with 50% matching on the next 2% with immediate vesting.
