Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week, engaging with a dynamic caseload of middle schoolers. Your specialized knowledge and compassion will help shape their confidence and amplify their voices in both the classroom and the community.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required
• Previous experience working with middle school students is highly desirable
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Ability to employ evidence-based techniques in individual and group settings
• Organized and adaptable approach within a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ communication needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Deliver speech and language therapy services in both one-on-one and group settings
• Work closely with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student success
• Support the development, review, and implementation of IEP goals
• Track progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Contribute to a positive learning atmosphere, empowering students to achieve their full potential
