We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, driving results, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Insurance experience is not required —we provide training, support, and tools to help you succeed. What is required is a strong sales drive, a passion for helping people, and the ability to turn conversations into trusted client partnerships. About the Role As an Insurance Producer, you will play a key role in growing our business by engaging prospects, uncovering their needs, and recommending personalized insurance solutions. You’ll take ownership of developing and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering a consultative, sales-driven experience. What You’ll Do Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking, and relationship building Listen to clients’ needs and confidently present tailored coverage options Deliver engaging, solution-oriented sales conversations Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships with exceptional service Meet and exceed sales goals with a competitive, self‑driven mindset What You Bring Proven sales experience with a passion for winning and exceeding targets Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to identify customer needs and offer thoughtful, effective solutions A positive attitude, resilience, and motivation to grow in a rewarding career Willingness to obtain insurance licensing (company‑supported) Why This Role?
