L&D Operations Project Manager

TypeContractExperience-1Job Description:The Solutions Learning & Enablement team is responsible for providing resources to our human reviewers to ensure accurate and efficient content moderation reviews are conducted. We do this by providing policy and guideline training, knowledge base and communications content to our reviewer base. This position will be focused on providing program management support to various ongoing high priority initiatives, including projects in the UPT and GenAI spaces.Responsibilities: You will keep close partnership with business leads, capturing their priorities and proactively planning to support future launches and to anticipate training needs.You will partner with VMOs and vendors to ensure smooth delivery to our global service delivery centers and advocate the continual improvement of the agent training experience.You will monitor training execution efficiency and report training progress and evaluate the training to understand its effectiveness in preparing agents to meet the operations' targets.Experience:Experience with Learning and Development space.Program/project management.CommunicationStakeholder management + influenceAbout US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
