Job Description
Switchback Brewing Co. is looking to train individuals for our production team. The work schedule will be Monday - Friday and will be 8-hour days.
Scope of the Role
Ability to perform all production positions/roles within the Brewery including:
- Operate all packaging lines.
- Operate centrifuge.
- Monitor beer fermentation.
- General Housekeeping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to write legibly
- Basic math and reading skills
- Able to lift 55lbs occasionally.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Willing to wear personal protective equipment.
