Program Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong background in program management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex technology projects with aggressive schedules in different time zones. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience. 10-12 years in project/program management role managing software development projects. Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, managing a software build through different stages and environments all the way from ideation to release. Working experience with technical teams, including product management, operations, engineering, etc. Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills with an ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Proficiency in Agile software lifecycle methodology with hands on experience in JIRA Platform, GitHub and Confluence. Experience in managing AdTech related programs is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the digital advertising, and/or Smart TV space a plus. Demonstrated experience in shipping consumer and/or enterprise solutions. Experience simultaneously working on multiple programs with multiple stakeholders.
