Location: Lockney, Texas (Onsite) Work Type: Contract (813 Weeks) Positions: 1

Hours: Flexible (3640 Hours per Week)

Schedule Options:

• 5 8-hour days
• 4 9-hour days + 1 4-hour day
• 4 10-hour days

Weekend Coverage:

• On-call / standby: 12 weekends per month
• Notification by Friday 5:00 PM
• Flexibility to choose day/time if needed
• Weekend work required ~3050% of the time

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for delivering patient-centered care across outpatient, inpatient, and swing bed (SWB) settings. This role includes one-on-one outpatient care and inpatient evaluations, offering a flexible schedule and diverse patient exposure.

Must-Have Qualifications

Minimum 12+ years of Physical Therapist experience

Active Texas Physical Therapist License (Required prior to start)

BLS Certification (AHA Required)

Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient therapy settings

Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and patient care practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in swing bed (SWB) or SNF settings

Ability to manage one-on-one patient care (45-minute sessions)

Strong patient care and communication skills

Work Environment

Outpatient Clinic (Primary one-on-one care)

Inpatient / Swing Bed Unit (evaluations primarily)

Onsite role in Lockney, TX

Flexible, team-oriented clinical setting
