Job Overview The Environmental Compliance Manager handles the landfill budget, oversees spending, and manages the team during site development. They ensure the landfill follows all regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage Projects: Handle landfill construction projects, including planning and resource coordination. Financial Management: Oversee budget and spending for construction, development, and operations. Permits and Compliance: Prepare and submit permits, ensure regulatory compliance, and respond to inspections. Support Site Managers: Help with planning and reviewing acquisitions. Public Relations: Communicate with corporate office, regulators, consultants, and investors. Reporting: Complete soil tracking and other status reports. Supervise Staff: Hire, train, and manage environmental technicians and specialists. Attend Meetings: Participate in regulatory and policy meetings.
