Retail Display Installer - Technology

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented, self‑motivation field service representative to install and maintain retail displays for leading tech brands. Travel up to 90 miles from home, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Schedule & Work Hours Monday–Friday, 20+ hours per week in a rolling 30‑day period. Flexibility to handle early mornings, occasional weekends, holidays and late nights as required. Benefits & Pay $18.00 per hour. Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay. Paid training. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Key Responsibilities Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact. Maintain accurate availability updates. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixture components. Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms or client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations of 2+ people. Manage virtual software and ensure related tasks and timelines are completed. Assist other team members as needed and contribute to overall team success. Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate in training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Available for weekend assignments as required. Qualifications Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday availability and early morning or late‑night flexibility. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead. Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email; use of a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo upload, app usage, and internet connectivity. High school diploma or equivalent (required); previous retail or merchandising experience preferred. Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. Technology: own an Android or Apple mobile device and navigate communication platforms and applications independently. Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation; willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles per assignment. Training: complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame. Leadership, communication, and presentation skills; ability to make sound decisions, show good judgment, problem‑solve, and work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting.
