Job Summary Assembler for a premier medical device company in Redmond, WA. Work onsite with Kelly Talent. Shift and Pay

1. st shift Monday – Thursday 5:30 am – 4:00 pm – $22.80 / hour
2. nd shift Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm – 2:00 am – $24.80 / hour

Typical Day Assemble components, including sub‑assemblies, manual components, electrical components, and related parts to complete a variety of products. Adhere to safety, quality, and quantity standards. Follow directions and blueprints to meet product specifications. Qualifications Ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends. Read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English. Communicate verbally in English and carry out verbal instructions. Adhere to safety-related issues, good housekeeping, and ergonomics practices. Willing to participate in workplace organization, cross‑training, and teamwork. Attention to detail and willingness to speak up about safety or quality issues. Motivated to learn new processes, systems, and equipment. Work well in a diverse setting and resolve conflicts within a cross‑functional team.
