As a lot attendant you will receive, move, arrange and maintain the appearance of vehicles, and ensure the orderliness of the vehicle lot.Schedule: To be discussed during interviewDuties include but are not limited to:Assist with stocking in new and pre-owned inventoryEnsuring lot is organized, clean, and free of debrisArranging and parking vehicles in designated lot areasGuaranteeing dealership license plates frames and brand sticker is affixed to vehicleChecking new vehicles are displaying factory and addendum stickers and selling priceMaintaining keysReplacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventoryFollow all Company procedures and standardsPerform all other duties as assigned by managementWashing cars and trucksQualifications for this job:Must be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and comprehend written instructions and informationDemonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to work outside for extended periods of timeAble to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dustValid Driver’s license & ability to operate an automobileAbility to drive manual transmission vehiclesMust be able to pass background screening, motor vehicle check, and drug testBenefits package for full-time employees includes:Medical, Dental, and Vision PlansPaid Basic Employer Life InsuranceAdditional Supplemental InsuranceWellness Program401(k) Plan with matchPaid Time OffEmployee Purchase ProgramTraining ProgramsCompensation: Hourly pay rateWe are a Drug Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity EmployerFull Time Position.
