This is a hybrid US-based role in Boston (2 days in office, 3 days remote). Role Description You’ll design and implement data systems powering analytics, ML, and engineering applications. If you’re passionate about building reliable data products, automating workflows, and working in cloud environments, this is a fantastic opportunity! Responsibilities Build and maintain data pipelines, orchestration, storage, and analytics infrastructure Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product teams on data workflows Optimize data structures and ensure data quality, security, and governance Contribute to team practices, norms, and standards Requirements 4+ years in software/data engineering, with 2+ years in data infrastructure Strong SQL and Python skills, experience with ETL/ELT and data lakes Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect), CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes Familiarity with JSON, Parquet, Avro, Iceberg Nice to Haves Experience with IoT or consumer tech Knowledge of streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis, Spark) Experience with cloud cost optimization Why Join Hybrid flexibility and collaborative environment Inclusive, mission-driven culture with a focus on growth and learning Employee perks including free home tech setup and wellness benefits If you’re ready to take your Data Engineering career to the next level and work on high-impact projects, please apply!
