Radiologic Technologist - Clinical Instructor in Delaware

About the Role
\nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Provide clinical instruction, supervision, and evaluation for radiography students in hospital and outpatient imaging settings \n
- Demonstrate proper radiographic positioning, radiation safety, and imaging protocols \n
- Support students in developing critical thinking, patient care, and workflow efficiency \n
- Collaborate with program leadership to ensure curriculum alignment with ARRT and accreditation standards \n
- Maintain accurate student performance records and provide timely feedback \n
- Serve as a clinical resource for technologists and assist with onboarding when needed \n
- Promote a positive learning environment and uphold standards of care \n
What We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- ARRT (R) certification \n
- Delaware state license required (or willing to obtain) \n
- Minimum 2 years of clinical radiography experience; prior teaching or preceptor experience strongly preferred \n
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills \n
- Ability to model professionalism, patient centered care, and safe imaging practices \n
- Comfort working in a fast paced clinical environment with diverse learners \n
Schedule & Setting

- Full time, onsite clinical instruction across Beebe Healthcare imaging departments \n
- Collaboration with faculty \n
