Profile Requirements: 3+ years of experience in marketing, email marketing, or a similar role, with hands‑on experience supporting Australian e-commerce brands Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Klaviyo — mandatory, particularly in email design, email marketing, segmentation, and automated flows Strong email design and marketing skills, with the ability to create visually engaging and effective email campaigns in Klaviyo Proficiency in Canva for creating high-quality email designs, social media posts, static ad creatives, and web banners Strong design skills with a good understanding of visual branding, layout, typography, and marketing creatives; this role is primarily design-focused but is not intended for a graphic designer‑only profile Experience creating static advertising creatives, organic social media content, and website banners, including the ability to identify and work with the appropriate banner dimensions Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok; experience with social media management and community management is a plus but not mandatory, as training can be provided Experience working with Australian e-commerce brands is required Shopify experience is highly regarded but not mandatory, particularly experience supporting e-commerce websites and creating website assets Strong written English communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging marketing copy across emails, social media, and other marketing materials Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously Portfolio of relevant marketing and design work is required, particularly examples of Klaviyo email designs, social media creatives, advertisements, and web banners Core responsibilities: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including email building, design, scheduling, segmentation, and automated flows Design visually engaging Klaviyo email campaigns for Australian e-commerce brands, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives Create high-quality marketing and advertising creatives using Canva, including static ads, organic social media posts, email assets, and promotional materials Design web banners and other website marketing assets, including researching and applying the correct dimensions required for different client websites Support social media management and community management, including creating and preparing organic social media content and responding to comments and messages in a brand‑appropriate manner Create and adapt marketing creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, based on each platform's requirements and best practices Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative requirements for campaigns, promotions, product launches, and other e-commerce marketing activities Maintain consistency across email, social media, advertising, and website creatives, ensuring all marketing assets follow the appropriate brand style and guidelines Assist with e-commerce marketing activities for Australian brands, with the ability to understand and adapt creative assets to different client requirements Conduct basic research when needed to determine appropriate creative specifications, banner sizes, and platform requirements Organise and maintain marketing assets, creative files, and campaign materials to ensure they are easily accessible and up to date Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver multiple creative and email marketing projects within agreed deadlines Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
