We're expanding rapidly in the automotive glass replacement industry and seeking a high-impact Sales Representative to lead our urethane product growth across the U.S. This is a dynamic, travel-heavy role for someone who thrives on autonomy, relationship-building, and closing deals in new markets.

What You'll Do

You'll be the face of Dinol US in new territories—driving adoption, building trust, and fueling national expansion.

• Visit a new city or market nearly every week to meet with customers and prospects
• Demonstrate and sell Dinol's urethane adhesives to auto glass professionals and wholesalers
• Build lasting relationships with distributors, installers, and shop owners
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into loyal customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and product delivery
• Manage current key accounts
• Report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity

What We're Looking For

You're a persuasive self-starter with energy to match and a passion for the road.

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in automotive or industrial products
• Comfortable with extensive travel and independently managing your schedule
• Skilled at building trust and credibility with diverse customer profiles
• Familiar with CRM tools and basic reporting
• Professional, dependable, and driven to exceed targets

• Customers locations

Education:

• Must be skilled in using the following Microsoft Office Suite applications: Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM.
