Process Technician

$30–$35 per hour + Benefits | Direct Hire | 1st Shift We280 re recruiting for an experienced Set-Up & Process Technician to join a leading manufacturing company in a permanent, direct-hire position. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with thermoforming experience who is confident setting up machinery, completing changeovers, troubleshooting equipment, changing tooling, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Pay: $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience. What Youll Be Doing Set up, change over, and maintain thermoforming machines Remove, install, and change molds and forming tooling Set and adjust machine parameters for safe, high-quality production Troubleshoot machinery, equipment, and process issues Make adjustments to improve quality, yield, and efficiency Optimize thermoforming processes and improve throughput Perform preventative maintenance on forming equipment Ensure product changeovers are completed accurately and on time Complete production and process documentation Support continuous improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency What Were Looking For Previous thermoforming experience Machine setup and changeover experience Experience changing molds, mold components, and forming tooling Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience optimizing manufacturing processes Ability to set and adjust machine parameters Preventative maintenance experience Strong understanding of manufacturing safety and quality standards Shift 1st Shift Compensation $30–$35 per hour , depending on experience.
