Job Details Specialty: Labor & Delivery RN Setting: On-site hospital unit Location: Tulsa, OK 74104 Start Date: September 21, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 3x12 schedule Shift Duration: 12 hours Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800-$1,900 Unit Size: 15 beds Patient Population: Adult obstetrical patients Job Requirements Active Oklahoma RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience required Travel nursing experience required BLS and NRP required in hand at time of submission Basic to intermediate fetal monitoring experience required Ability to work every other weekend Strong experience with obstetric triage, antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care Experience with high-risk deliveries preferred Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and recovery Monitor fetal heart patterns and respond appropriately to changes in maternal or fetal status Assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and postpartum recovery Support patients with antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum assessments Administer medications and IV therapies according to unit protocols Perform obstetric triage, including assessment of contractions, pain, bleeding, and other concerns Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality family-centered care Float to like units as needed based on facility needs Apply now to join this rewarding Travel RN job in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and make a meaningful impact in Labor & Delivery care.
