Candidate Requirements (Strict & Mandatory)

• Trade Mastery: Fully fluent and hands-on skilled in:
• • Framing (rough carpentry, structural repairs)
  • Sheetrock/Drywall (hanging, taping, mudding, texture, seamless finishing)
  • Finish Carpentry (trim, casing, doors, cabinetry)
  • Flooring (LVP, hardwood, laminate, tile)
• Tools & Transport:
• • Must own a reliable work vehicle (Truck or Work Van) capable of hauling materials and job equipment daily.
  • Must own a complete set of personal, professional-grade hand and power tools across framing, drywall, carpentry, and flooring.
• Experience & License: Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on trade experience with at least 1–2 years in a lead or foreman capacity . Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lead from the front—lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing ladders, working on scaffolding, and handling demanding site labor daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Drive daily site operations, manage crew productivity, enforce clean/safe job sites, and set the standard for hard work and craftsmanship.
• Hands-On Trade Execution: Work alongside your crew to execute framing, drywall, carpentry, and flooring to exact quality standards.
• Project Ownership: Track timelines, manage materials, anticipate field challenges, and eliminate re-work before it happens.
• Professional Representation: Deliver an exceptional customer experience during walk-throughs and represent our brand with integrity.
